IEMT

Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a brief therapy that utilises simple eye movements and questioning techniques, It creates change by rapidly reducing unwanted feelings to help you to resolve issues, particular thought pattern or traumatic memory that may be problematic for you. IEMT work’s on the “lynchpins” that hold the traumatic memories together, the practitioner moves your eyes in certain ways using a process called kinesthetic movement that links part of the brain that stores our memories and emotions thus leading to rapid release and relief of unwanted memories, flashbacks and associated triggers.

IEMT Identity and Chronicity work can also show you why you may repeat unwanted behaviours and how to deal with them, without the need for digging deeply into the past.

Unlike many psychological therapeutic processes, IEMT does not require you to disclose lots of details about your experience or give details about troublesome events. It is in effect a “personal therapy”. Sessions usually last between 1-2 hours and a person usually only requires 1 or 2 sessions depending on the intensity of the issues.
