Join local mindfulness teacher/practitioner Stuart Couling for 2 hours of present moment awareness on a mindful walk across the South Common.

Try meditation, mindful movement, breath work and even mindful chocolate eating!

You'll come away with techniques you can use in every day life that'll help you distance from unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
