About the event
Feel Good and Thrive by using mindfulness at work. Stuart is here every other Monday offering you space to take time out and step away from the noise of work for a reset. In this 45 minute session you will get a guided meditation, well-being tips for work and home and learn how mindfulness can enhance all parts of your life. The benefits include, being in control of unhelpful thoughts, less stress and anxiety and accessing inner peace.
A zoom link to access the session will be sent the evening before the session to the email address used to register your space.
