Nexen Volunteering Day
Project: A one day environmental volunteering experience for teams of UK staff of Nexen, a global energy company.
Our Role: We organised the event from researching the activity and venue to match Nexen’s business criteria, to internal communications, event logistics, risk assessment and evaluation of the day.
Benefits:
- Positive relationship and team building experience for staff
- One hundred percent of participants reported to have built new or strengthened existing relationships
- Helped Nexen to develop its connection with the local community around its Uxbridge Office
- Proved so successful that the company is expanding the scheme to all sites in the UK
